The Integration Lead, Partnerships owns post-close integration for acquired entities and implementation for new partnerships and market launches, from signing through steady state. This individual contributor role has no direct reports; it relies on influencing functional owners and taking responsibility for unresolved work. The role establishes and runs an integration management office for each transaction, defines workstreams and governance, holds owners accountable to plans, identifies risks for executive leadership, and produces work products such as integration plans, financial models, data reconciliations, process maps, communications, and status materials. The position leads integration across provider network and contracting, health plan delegation, finance and claims, clinical and quality programs, risk adjustment, technology and data, and people and change management. It also translates signed partnership and management services agreements into implementation plans, onboards IPAs and provider groups, and supports new market launches. The role develops repeatable integration and implementation playbooks and improves processes when integrations stall. The Integration Lead reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships and works with cross-functional teams and the leadership teams of acquired and partner organizations. The role may require travel of up to 25%, including periodic multi-day site visits to acquired and partner organizations, including locations in and outside California. The national target compensation range is $140,000–$160,000 per year.
