About The Position

abra professional services is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Engineer – RF & EW to lead integration and validation activities for complex multidisciplinary systems, with a strong focus on RF, Electronic Warfare (EW), and naval environments. This is a full-time position located in central Israel.

Requirements

• Experience in system integration and validation
• Strong focus on RF and Electronic Warfare (EW)
• Experience in naval environments
• Ability to lead integration and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle
• Experience planning, defining, and executing system-level integration and testing activities
• Experience working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience managing multiple technical interfaces
• Experience coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities
• Experience working directly with customers throughout integration and testing processes
• Experience performing system-level troubleshooting, failure investigation, and root cause analysis
• Experience maintaining a system integration laboratory and ensuring the readiness of the technical testing environment
• Experience executing multidisciplinary integration plans across complex RF and EW systems

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle through final delivery to the customer.
• Plan, define, and execute system-level integration and testing activities in Israel and abroad.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams in Israel and overseas, managing multiple technical interfaces.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities and work directly with customers throughout integration and testing processes.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting, failure investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain the system integration laboratory and ensure the readiness of the technical testing environment.
• Execute multidisciplinary integration plans across complex RF and EW systems.
