•$63,393 - $108,674•Hybrid

About The Position

Siemens is seeking an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Specialist to support the expansion of its IMS—currently including, but not limited to, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001—across a growing multi-site U.S. footprint. Based at Siemens Smart Infrastructure’s Electrification and Automation headquarters in Wendell, North Carolina, the role follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires occasional national and/or international travel to support other sites, including travel with the IMS Manager. The Specialist will help integrate new and existing sites into a unified quality and management system during organizational growth. The role builds alignment and durable local capability by working with site leaders and stakeholders across functions, departments, and locations, often through influence rather than formal authority. It also supports audits, corrective actions, assessments, documentation standardization, and site maturity improvements. The position is full-time and permanent. The stated annual pay range is $63,393–$108,674; the actual offer may vary based on budget, experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

  • Communicate and represent IMS priorities accurately and professionally when engaging stakeholders in coordination with the IMS Manager, including during national and/or international site travel.
  • Conduct and support internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements and other standards as the IMS expands.
