AIRBUS U.S. Space & Defense, Inc.•Merritt Island, FL

About The Position

The Integrated Master Scheduler creates and maintains large integrated master schedules (IMS) for satellite programs using Microsoft Project. The role supports Airbus US’s space division across satellite development, manufacturing/AI&T, and system-level and mission-integration schedules, from bid and proposal activities through program execution. The position is based in Merritt Island, Florida; fully remote candidates located within the United States will also be considered. The position develops schedules responsive to USG request-for-proposal requirements, supports proposal schedule narratives and artifacts, and integrates functional-area schedules into resource-loaded IMSs. During program execution, it manages complex Government/DoD program schedules, analyzes schedule performance and risk, and prepares contractually required schedule deliverables for the Government. The scheduler communicates schedule status, risks, and upcoming deliverables to program management and executive leadership, and presents and advocates for scheduling recommendations to customers and stakeholders. Occasional international travel may be required to collaborate with European Airbus counterparts. US citizenship is required, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance. An active DoD Secret-or-higher clearance is highly desirable.
