The role aligns project timelines with strategic objectives and resource availability, using scheduling tools and project management principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The scheduler creates and maintains program- and portfolio-level Integrated Master Schedules covering acquisition milestones, milestone decision review documentation, vendor contractual deliverables, hardware production, and Force Protection systems integration. The position integrates schedules from vendors, integrators, Integrated Product Teams, and government activities, and analyzes production and delivery dependencies and downstream impacts. The role supports schedule forecasting and recovery planning, tracks acquisition events and documentation, assesses schedule health, gathers status updates, and prepares reports, dashboards, and briefings for program leadership and government stakeholders. • Integrate lower-tier schedules from vendors, integrators, Integrated Product Teams, and government activities into a networked Integrated Master Schedule with horizontal and vertical traceability.
  • Map multi-tier production and delivery schedules so that schedule slips are visible against downstream integration.
  • Forecast production shortfalls and quantify impacts to subsequent vendors and Force Protection systems integration, including what-if and recovery scenarios.
