Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS)

AIRBUS U.S. Space & Defense•Merritt Island, FL

About The Position

The Integrated Master Scheduler will create and maintain large integrated master schedules (IMS) for satellite programs using Microsoft Project. The role supports the Airbus US space division across satellite development, manufacturing/AI&T, and system-level and mission-integration schedules throughout the program life cycle, from bid and proposal activities through program execution. The work location is Merritt Island, Florida; fully remote candidates located within the United States will also be considered. Occasional international travel to collaborate with European Airbus counterparts is required. The position provides bid and proposal support, developing schedules responsive to U.S. Government requests for proposals and supporting compliant proposal artifacts and narratives. During program execution, the scheduler manages complex Government/DoD program schedules, analyzes schedule performance and risk, and prepares contractually required schedule deliverables. The role collaborates with engineering, program management, functional-area stakeholders, and subcontractors, and reports schedule status and risks to program and executive leadership. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance; an active DoD Secret-or-higher clearance is highly desirable.
