Senior Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS)

AIRBUS U.S. Space & Defense•Merritt Island, FL

About The Position

The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler creates and maintains large integrated master schedules (IMS) for satellite programs using Microsoft Project. The role supports satellite development, manufacturing and assembly, integration and test (AI&T), and system-level and mission-integration schedules across the program life cycle, from bid and proposal through program execution. The scheduler works closely with supply chain, operations, engineering, program management, finance, and other functional leads to incorporate operational activities, maintain daily schedule updates, track progress, and prepare schedules for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation. The position supports bid and proposal activities, including developing schedules responsive to U.S. government requests for proposals, coordinating work breakdown structures and functional schedules, identifying critical paths and risks, and preparing schedule-related proposal materials. During program execution, the scheduler manages complex government and defense program schedules, performs schedule and variance analyses, delivers schedule-related contract data, reports status and risks to leadership, and presents schedule products and recommendations to customers. The work location is Merritt Island, Florida; fully remote candidates located within the United States will also be considered. Occasional international travel may be required to collaborate with European Airbus counterparts.
