Integrated Content Programs Lead

Harvey•San Francisco, CA
•$164,000 - $225,000

About The Position

Harvey is hiring a senior, hands-on individual contributor to serve as the showrunner for its highest-priority, multi-format content programs. The role turns strategic priorities, research insights, company moments, and early-stage ideas into connected programs spanning formats such as editorial, research, video, social, education, events, and executive storytelling. The person in this role develops a recommendation for what a program should become, then leads it through development, production, distribution, and delivery. This is a creative leadership role, not simply project management. The lead shapes the work itself through editorial judgment and creative instincts while applying the operational discipline needed to deliver it. They bring internal teams and external collaborators together around a shared idea, lead through influence, and may build a team as the program grows. Programs may include flagship research and reports, educational initiatives, event content, recurring franchises, executive or customer storytelling, and connected content for major product and company moments. Harvey is a company developing an AI platform for legal and professional services. It describes its culture as fast-moving, ownership-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to high standards, guided by the values Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. The position offers compensation of $164,000–$225,000 OTE. Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
