Integrated Content Programs Lead

Harvey•New York, NY
•$164,000 - $225,000

About The Position

Harvey is hiring a senior, hands-on individual contributor to lead its highest-priority, multi-format content programs. The role turns strategic priorities, business goals, audience needs, company narratives, research insights, and calendar moments into strong content ideas and connected programs spanning formats such as editorial, research, reports, video, social, education, events, executive content, and recurring franchises. The person in this role will develop recommendations and lead programs from early concept through development, production, distribution, launch, and delivery. This is a creative leadership role, not a project management role. The successful candidate will combine editorial judgment and creative instincts with the operational discipline to make work happen. They will lead through influence, bringing together writers, editors, social strategists, designers, producers, agencies, subject-matter experts, and executives around a shared idea. The role may build a team as the program grows. Programs may include flagship research and report campaigns, educational programs for legal and professional communities, content captured at live events, recurring video, audio and editorial franchises, executive/customer/talent storytelling, and connected content systems for major product and company moments. The role will use audience and performance insights to improve future programming and develop successful programs into repeatable formats, franchises, and playbooks.
