About The Position
Downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm, seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks: Conducting intakes Confirming coverage Creating matters and electronic files Coordinating medical treatment Case management
Requirements
- One (1) year handling personal injury matters
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent customer service skills - you will be talking to clients on a daily basis.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Filevine Law Software
