About The Position

Golden Steps ABA is hiring an Intake Coordinator to respond to new inquiries, guide families through the intake process, and help initiate ABA services for pediatric patients. The role involves frequent phone outreach, educating families about ABA services and company offerings, scheduling initial assessments, managing leads, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to support smooth onboarding. The position is hybrid and offers performance-based incentives with substantial earning potential for high performers.

Requirements

• Strong sales or admissions background.
• Enjoy high-volume phone outreach of 50–100 calls per day.
• Personality-first communication style and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles.
• Comfort handling objections and guiding difficult conversations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries and manage the intake pipeline.
