About The Position

The Auto Club is seeking a goal-oriented customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to insurance agents and members in branch offices. The specialist helps members by answering questions, taking payments, providing guidance, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies. The position includes comprehensive employee training to build job-related skills and support career development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining strong customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service insurance policies.
• Verify new business applications.
• Process insurance and membership payments.
• Update electronic member information.
• Maintain filing systems and perform typing.
• Answer member questions, provide policy guidance, and make changes to existing Property & Casualty policies.
