About The Position

The Auto Club is seeking a goal-oriented customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to insurance agents and members in branch offices. The role assists members by answering questions, taking payments, providing guidance, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies. The organization provides comprehensive, employee-centered training to help employees develop the skills needed for their jobs and support their career development. The starting pay range is $21.63–$23.79 per hour. The position is also eligible to participate in an incentive program based on team and individual performance.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills.
Commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
Experience working in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service insurance policies.
Verify new business applications.
Process insurance and membership payments.
Update electronic member information.
Maintain filing systems and perform typing.
Answer member questions, provide counseling, and make changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.
