About The Position

The Auto Club is seeking a goal-oriented customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to insurance agents and members in branch offices. The specialist helps members by answering questions, taking payments, providing policy counseling, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies. The role supports the Auto Club’s delivery of legendary service to its members. The position includes comprehensive employee-centered training to help employees acquire job-related skills and support career development. The starting pay range is $21.63–$23.79 per hour, with eligibility to participate in an incentive program based on team and individual performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills.
Commitment to maintaining superior customer service.
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a sales environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service insurance policies.
Verify new business applications.
Process insurance and membership payments.
Update electronic member information.
Maintain filing systems and perform typing duties.
Answer members’ questions, provide policy counseling, and make changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.
