About The Position

The Auto Club is seeking a goal-oriented customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to insurance agents and members in branch offices. The role assists members by answering questions, taking payments, counseling them, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies. Comprehensive employee-focused training is provided to build job skills and support career development.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
• Strongly preferred experience working in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service insurance policies.
• Verify new business applications.
• Process insurance and membership payments.
• Update electronic member information.
• Maintain filing systems and perform typing.
• Answer member questions, provide counseling, and make changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.
