About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals find supplemental insurance solutions. The role involves understanding clients’ needs, guiding them toward coverage that offers security and peace of mind, and providing a supportive experience throughout the sales process. The position serves both business owners and individual clients in a local territory and is conducted in person. The company offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance and reimbursement. Compensation is commission-based, with stated average annual earnings of $65,000–$85,000 for entry-level agents. Optional base-draw options are available during the first six weeks.
