About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals find supplemental insurance solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs and guiding clients toward coverage that offers security and peace of mind. Representatives create a supportive experience through consultations, enrollment, and follow-up. The position includes comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance and reimbursement. Compensation is commission-based, with an advertised average of $65,000–$85,000 annually for entry-level agents. Optional base draw options are available during the first six weeks. The role serves a local territory and is performed in person.
