About The Position

Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role. The position offers the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. Representatives prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and present personalized coverage options. The role is described as dynamic and fast-paced, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives. Successful candidates are able to overcome challenges, manage their schedules and workflows effectively, work independently without close supervision, and communicate and present confidently in different environments. The company notes that successful team members have come from backgrounds including college athletics, serving, small-business ownership, frequent travel, and personal development.
