About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer to provide supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The role combines client-facing sales and consultations with training and mentoring new team members. The representative explains coverage options clearly, builds and maintains a book of business, follows up with leads, and supports a positive client experience while collaborating with management on goals, performance, and best practices. The position is in-person and includes business-to-business and individual sales.

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly and thoughtfully.
• Conduct individual consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes.
• Build and maintain a book of business with careful attention to client needs.
• Train and mentor new team members, offering professional guidance and support.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices.
