About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer to provide supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The role combines client-focused insurance sales with training and mentoring team members. The representative explains coverage options clearly, helps clients make informed decisions, builds a book of business, and supports the team in meeting high standards for service and professionalism. The position involves in-person, business-to-business and individual sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Compensation is listed as $85,000–$105,000 per year, with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. Training and mentorship are provided, and reimbursement is available for obtaining a Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.

Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices.
