About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role involves building a client base and professional network, presenting products to individuals and groups, and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement and includes commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
Requirements

- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
