About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and an established educator-focused market. Producers build and manage their own business while developing client relationships and expanding their professional network. The position is performance-based, with commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; there is no external office requirement.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
