About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role involves building a client base and developing an independent business while leveraging established books of business, value-added services, and a comprehensive multi-line product portfolio. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; there is no external office requirement. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and uncapped earning potential.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
