About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Brainerd, Minnesota, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months, plus opportunities to build on established books of business while developing an independent practice. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
