Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels, using a digital-first mindset to provide counsel and address banking needs. They assess customer needs, obtain and process customer and account information, explain deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions aligned with each customer’s goals. The role involves proactive outreach and follow-up, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products—including digital services—and delivering a consistent client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Relationship Bankers collaborate with branch team members, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on digital and self-service options. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain registration requirements may result in rescission of an offer or termination of employment.
