About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, with enhanced commissions and sales incentives and bonuses during the first 36 months. Producers can leverage established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
