About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role includes developing a client base, building community and market connections, and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earning potential, and monthly incentives and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. The role also offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for incentive compensation and all-expenses-paid trips for top performers.
