About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, including commissions and incentive and bonus opportunities. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
