About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges and build long-term financial security through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The Producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers access to established books of business and a niche educator market while allowing the Producer to build an independent practice. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.
