About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, supported by training, established books of business, value-added services, and a comprehensive multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building a client base and professional network, educating potential clients, and investing time and resources in developing the business. Compensation is performance-based and includes enhanced commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
