About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will develop a client base and grow an independent business, supported by mentorship from an experienced agent, training, established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The position offers performance-based compensation as a 1099 producer, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; no external office is required.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
