About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will educate potential clients, build relationships and a client base, and develop their own business with support and mentorship from an experienced agent. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; no external office is required.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
