About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a comprehensive multi-line product portfolio. Producers develop their own business by connecting with prospective clients, building relationships, and investing time and resources in business growth. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives based on sales volume, and quarterly production bonuses. A sign-on bonus, uncapped commission earnings, and additional incentives and bonus opportunities are also offered. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips.

Requirements

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
