About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team that creates meaningful moments of connection and joy for customers and the community. The role involves running the coffeehouse, creating a warm and welcoming space, and leading with craft and care. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support individual growth. The position requires full-time availability and regularly demands more than 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
