About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with enhanced commissions, incentives, and production bonuses during the first 36 months. Producers can work without an external office requirement and may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. They will build their own practice while leveraging established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
