About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training in products designed for educators. Producers build their own businesses by developing a client base, cultivating market relationships, and using a multi-line product portfolio and streamlined sales processes. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. The position offers performance-based 1099 compensation, commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
