About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and manage their own business, develop a client base, and can work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
