About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business while building an independent practice. The role involves educating prospective clients, developing client and community relationships, and investing time and resources in the growth of the business. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; there is no external office requirement.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
