About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Wilmington, North Carolina. The role focuses on helping educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training, a multi-line product portfolio, and support in building a client base and business. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with uncapped earnings and commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers may also earn all-expenses-paid trips based on performance.
