About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and access to products designed for educators. This is a performance-based 1099 opportunity with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives based on sales volume, quarterly production bonuses, and opportunities for additional incentives. Producers can work without an external office, leverage established books of business while building their own practice, and access a niche market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The position may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
