About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges and achieve greater financial security. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on experience, and offers insurance products tailored to educators’ needs. The role involves educating potential clients, building community and market relationships, and developing a client base and an independent business. The position offers flexible work options, including working in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; no external office is required. Compensation is performance-based and includes commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
