About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, and serves educators with a comprehensive, multi-line product portfolio. The role involves educating prospective clients, building relationships and a client base, and investing time and resources in developing the business. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based and includes commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
