About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Madison, Wisconsin, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with enhanced commissions, incentives, and bonuses, as well as access to established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added client connection services, and a multi-line product portfolio. There is no external office requirement, and work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. The producer builds and manages their own business, develops a client base and market relationships, presents products to potential clients, and participates in community and networking events.
