About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training, a multi-line product portfolio, and streamlined sales processes. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, commissions, incentives, and bonus opportunities. There is no external office requirement, and work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
