About The Position

WP Beverages is seeking an Order Selector in Madison, Wisconsin. The role is responsible for building, staging, and loading products efficiently, maintaining general housekeeping, stocking and rotating products throughout warehouse locations, and organizing and staging shells and pallets. Additional duties may be assigned. The position pays $26.00 per hour and has a schedule starting at 11:00 a.m. with an end time that varies.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or merchandising.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills, including the ability to work in a highly distracting environment.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including a fork-truck, and maintain annual fork-truck certification.
• Basic math skills.
• Intermediate personal computer skills.
• Ability to continually lift 60 pounds from floor to waist height and occasionally lift 75 pounds from floor to shoulder height.
• Ability to perform prolonged sitting, standing, twisting, and/or bending, and repetitive motion of the neck, wrist, fingers, and/or arms.
• May be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties.
