About The Position

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys at the Associate and Partner levels for its California office. The role may be fully remote or in a flexible hybrid arrangement of three days in the office and two remote days per week. Candidates must reside in California and hold an active California law license while in good standing with the state bar. Attorneys will handle insurance defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, motions, and trial preparation. Exceptional candidates will have experience defending construction defect, commercial, general, and professional liability matters, as well as familiarity with standard legal billing practices. The salary range is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Requirements

Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Experience drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, mediations, motions, and trial preparation.
Active license to practice law in California and membership in good standing with the state bar.
Must reside in California.
