Litigation Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense
About The Position
RMWBH is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with at least three years of practical litigation experience to join its office in The Star. The associate will support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Travel within Texas is required, and may include air travel. Prior insurance defense experience and/or jury trial experience is a plus. The firm seeks a well-organized attorney able to assist in managing a high-volume caseload and work effectively in a team-oriented environment while handling changing priorities and deadlines. RMWBH has a diverse and sophisticated client base and offices across Texas. The firm describes its atmosphere as collegial and down to earth, with opportunities to advance and a realistic track to Shareholder. Compensation is based on experience, and the position is eligible for bonuses. Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
- At least 3 years of practical litigation experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Well-organized, with the ability to assist in managing a high-volume caseload and handle changing priorities and deadlines.
