Litigation Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense
About The Position
RMWBH is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of practical litigation experience to join its Galleria office. The associate will support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Travel within Texas is required, including occasional air travel. Prior insurance defense experience and/or jury trial experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be well organized and able to assist with managing a high-volume caseload. The firm values teamwork and the ability to manage fluctuating priorities and deadlines. RMWBH has a diverse and sophisticated client base and offices across Texas. Requirements
- Juris Doctor.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- At least 3 years of practical litigation experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to work well in a teamwork-driven environment and manage fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
