About The Position
Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for its California office, with openings at both the Associate and Partner levels. The position may be fully remote or worked in a flexible hybrid arrangement of three in-office days and two remote days per week. Candidates must reside in California. Attorneys gain meaningful, hands-on experience, direct access to partners, and client-facing responsibility. The salary range is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, handling mediations and motions, and preparing for trial.
- Active license to practice law in California and membership in good standing with the State Bar.
Nice To Haves
- Experience defending construction defect, commercial, general, and professional liability matters.
- Familiarity with standard legal billing practices.
Responsibilities
