About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Concord, New Hampshire, to help educators find insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The agent will build and manage an agency, develop client and community relationships, present insurance products to groups and individuals, and invest time and resources in growing a successful business. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation and support including a dedicated Premier Service Representative, technology, training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
